Built in Calgary for professionals with miles behind them
losubetemiry was founded in Calgary in 2013 by a group of senior managers and HR leaders from energy, engineering and professional services. During the economic shifts of the following years, they watched thousands of experienced professionals face promotions, restructurings and career pivots with little structured support.

It's a 30-minute session with a coach, by video or in person at our Calgary office. We review your background, goals and challenges, then recommend the program and plan that suit you best. There's no cost and no obligation to enrol.
Yes, it's one of the things we do most. We help you identify transferable skills, research realistic target roles, rebuild your resumé and LinkedIn around them and prepare for interviews in a new sector, at a pace that works with your finances and family life.
Most clients invest three to five hours a week: one 90-minute workshop, coaching sessions of about 50 minutes and short practical tasks you complete as part of your regular work. Every workshop is recorded.
If you decide within seven days of your program start date that it's not right for you, just email us and we'll refund 100% of what you paid. No explanation needed. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Yes. We invoice employers directly and provide program outlines for approval. Alberta employers may also want to check eligibility for the Canada-Alberta Job Grant, which can help cover training costs. Your coaching conversations remain confidential either way.
